Delta Falls

The fall in question has six streams and a height of 60m. It flows through shrubs down a slope strewn with rocks and originates from a tributary of the Kotmale River. The site was once home to Sri Lanka's first tea plantation, introduced by the Dutch and owned by Rothschild Vomes, though it was ultimately unsuccessful.

Delta Falls is located 6km away from Pussellawa and can be accessed via road or rail, with the Pussellawa rest-house located 9km away.

There appears to be some confusion between Helboda Falls and Delta Falls. Some locals in the area identify the first waterfall on the route as Helboda Ella Falls, which is located in the Delta Estate. However, these individuals are not aware of any Delta Falls nearby.
